Applying our assessment methodology to the company’s code of conduct, we are able to evaluate how successfully the company’s code is being implemented in subsidiaries around the globe. In line with best practice, the code covers a wide range of responsible management practices including business integrity, labour standards, the environment, anti-corruption and human rights. We test how well the company’s practices and policies in these key areas are working. A detailed management report with recommended action points is then presented to the Ethics Committee. The results are benchmarked and monitored to ensure that standards are maintained enabling year-on-year comparisons and providing a global perspective on effective implementation.

GoodCorporation conducts 6-10 assessments each year, providing a robust assessment and making recommendations as necessary to enable the organisation to understand how well its practices and procedures are working on the ground.
