Code of conduct and policy review for FTSE 250 company

GoodCorporation has undertaken a compliance support project for a FTSE 250 oil and gas company focusing on its operations in French-speaking Africa. The project involved a complete review of the existing compliance policies and processes, drafting all missing documentation and re-drafting existing policies to ensure bribery and corruption risks were adequately covered. This included work on the Code of Conduct, whistleblowing, due diligence, training, risk assessments, contracts and procurement and conflicts of interest.

Code of conduct benchmarking

GoodCorporation undertook a code of conduct benchmarking exercise for a leading multinational conglomerate. The existing code was assessed against the GoodCorporation Code of Conduct Benchmark to determine the relevant content for the new code.  GoodCorporation’s Code of Conduct Benchmark contains a detailed list of all the relevant practice areas that could be covered in a code of conduct, broken down by the various stakeholder groups.
