GoodCorporation delivered ABC risk assessment training in a global specialty biopharmaceutical company. Three full-day training sessions were held in Russia, Australia and Argentina.

The interactive workshop-based training focused on the identification of risks, their likelihood and impact. A risk classification index was developed across 15 key areas including due diligence, government and regulatory affairs, selection of drugs by agencies, HR risks, finance risks, procurement and distribution. The session covered strategies for risk assessment and mitigation at both country and group level, based on company policies and procedures and enabled audit and compliance staff to demonstrate that adequate procedures were in place to prevent bribery and corruption.
